I'll have to admit that this Creme brulee is a little older. Actually more than 2 weeks ago I made it for a meeting with friends... Everybody I know loves Creme brulee which is essentially vanilla pudding on cream base and with a delicious caramel crust! ;)
Unfortunately, while the taste was perfect, the texture was alittle bit off. A bit grainy, but still edible. I read on the allknowing internet that I probabaly had to the oven set on a higher temperature than recommended. Well, I see more (delicious ^^) trials in my future!
