When my friend Trisha posted her pictures of yummi vegan waffles on Twitter yesterday, I decided to skip the muffins I planned to make and make my own waffles instead. Mine were not vegan but delicious nevertheless!
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons backing powder
100g melted butter or magarine
enough milk (for softer) or water (for crispier) to make a soft dough
Makes about 12 delicious little waffles. If you cannot eat enough (as if ^^), freeze them and thaw them in the toaster whenever the waffle-hunger strikes!
